What’s Included?

#TRAVEL

Families typically arrange travel to the group’s meeting location. If Positive Paths arranges transportation, this will be added to your monthly calendar for convenience.

#Socialise and Reduce Isolation

Each member has the opportunity to engage in activities that reduce isolation, maintain an active lifestyle, and foster social interactions with peers.

#PLAN

Collaboratively plan your day with members and staff. Activities are pre-organised by members, ensuring everyone feels involved and informed about the day’s schedule.

Tailored Support for our Members

At Positive Paths, the Onward Paths program is dedicated to providing a tailored and enriching experience for our members. Our approach emphasises small group settings, with 3-4 members planning activities together, ensuring personalised attention and encouraging the building of strong friendships. Each group collaborates on a four-week activity cycle, offering a diverse range of experiences that promote social growth and active engagement throughout the year.

Our Short Breaks Program is a standout feature, allowing members to choose from various holidays, weekend retreats, and skill-building breaks designed to enhance independence and life satisfaction.
